  1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if not yet shipped. 
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. 

 

  1. Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. 

 

  1. Refunds
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe. 
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
